We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied with a service or believe a billing error has occurred, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can make it right.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing services from Second Avenue Studio LLC.

 

 Digital Services & Custom Workflows

Due to the nature of our work—which includes custom automation, CRM configuration, and platform integrations—services begin shortly after purchase and are considered digital, non-returnable, and non-tangible.

As such, refunds are generally not offered unless:

You were charged in error

The service was never delivered or initiated

You cancel before any work has begun (see next section)

 

📆 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your service purchase and request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order if no work has commenced. Once work has started, including consultation, planning, or initial setup, refunds may not be granted.

Include your name, order details, and reason for the request

We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 2 business days.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Work already started/delivered? ❌ No

User dissatisfaction after custom work? ❌ No (case-by-case, this is why open and honest communication is key)

Technical issues caused by client systems? ❌ No

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

🚨 Chargeback Notice

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us at support@secondavestudio.xyz. We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account restrictions.
